MURRAY, KY – Murray-Calloway County Hospital is proud to announce that Michelle Wann, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, and FNP-BC has advanced her career and joined Murray Medical Associates as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is also double Board Certified by AAPN and ANCC.
Wann has been part of the MCCH family for more than 20 years, serving in various nursing roles throughout the hospital and clinics including in the Emergency Department and CCU/PCU. She recently earned her Master of Science in Nursing and achieved national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain through both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Throughout her career at MCCH, Wann has been recognized for her compassionate care, clinical expertise, and dedication to patients and families in the Murray-Calloway County region.
“I’ve been honored to care for our community for the past two decades,” said Wann. “This next step allows me to continue that service in a new capacity, focusing on family medicine and preventive care at Murray Medical Associates.”
In her new role, Wann will provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including wellness exams, chronic disease management, and health education.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, everything at Disney and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
