Q: Where do I call if I have questions after office hours?
A: If your questions are urgent, please call the usual office number. You will reach the answering service, which will, in turn, contact the physician on call. If the reason for the call is not urgent, please wait until the next business day to call.

Q: How do I refill my medications?
A: Please note your supply of medication regularly. When you have filled your last refill or have less than a one-month supply, please contact the office by phone during regular business hours. DO NOT wait until you are out of medicine.  Also, you may submit a request to refill your prescription on the online patient portal by clicking here. You may need an office visit before your prescription can be refilled.

Q: How do I cancel an appointment?
A: Please call the office of your appointment as soon as possible to report your cancellation. We request 24 hours notice whenever possible so we can see another patient during that time.

Effective December 1, 2015, the clinics of Murray Physicians Services has instituted a $25.00 "No Show, No Call" fee for any and all appointments scheduled in the office. If you are unable to attend the appointment, please notify the office within 24 hours of your scheduled time. We do understand that emergencies can happen and those situations will be subject to exemption from this fee. If you need to call after hours please leave the cancellation request with our answering service and they will send this information to us by fax. Again, however, we do request a 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment.
